Position Summary
The Cost Lead - SME serves as the technical authority for project cost management, providing expert guidance, governance, assurance reviews, benchmarking, forecasting support, and mentoring across mining projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital project experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicable project controls systems and tools.
