As a Cost Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of our client's program offices by leveraging your expertise with defense cost estimating. In addition to being able to obtain a Secret security clearance, ideal candidates will:
- Possess a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or an equivalent degree.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience with defense cost estimating
- Have experience in constructing complex cost estimates, evaluating proposals and writing Technical Advisory Reports (TARs) or equivalent cost evaluation reports.
- Have experience in Cost/Benefit Analyses (CBAs), Learning Curve and Quantity Curve models, and Regression analysis.
- Be skilled in the construction and use of complex Microsoft Excel cost models and databases.
- Hold an active PCEA or CCEA certification
