  • Collaborate with external auditors during US GAAP audits.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.

Responsibilities
• Supervise Cost Accountant and Corporate Inventory Administrator. Train, develop, and appraise employee
performance while developing staff to ensure growth within existing roles and development of strength for future
roles within the Company.
• Lead the Cost Accounting Department in establishing and maintaining the standard cost system by overseeing the
annual budget process for labor, fixed, and variable overhead rates.
• Oversee and manage Cost Accounting & Inventory functions, including but not limited to ECN (engineering change
notice), standard setting (raw material, k-kits, quotes, sample reqs), and PPV (purchase price variance).
• Provide and/or facilitate accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics such as material and labor
variances, standard margin, tariff expense, inventory adjustments, and obsolete inventory.
• Assist month-end close and complete general ledger account reconciliations.
• Work with external auditors during US GAAP audit.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and projects as requested.
• Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established
for the Corporation.
