Full Job Description
The Corp. Underwriter (Scenario Support) plays a critical role in supporting the Wholesale team and the Sales Team by providing expert-level guidance on loan scenarios and conducting complex income analysis. This full-time, non-managerial position requires deep knowledge of Conventional and Government underwriting guidelines, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for scenario inquiries and underwriting guidance related to Conventional and Government loan products
  • Perform pre-submission income calculations for complex income types including variable income and self-employment
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Agency/Investor guidelines and internal policies
  • Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide outstanding customer service through clear and accurate communication of guidelines, meeting or surpassing published turn-times and build strong relationships with sales partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment: This is a remote position.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$38.50 - $43.30
This position is full-time; non-exempt.

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
