- Leadership & Strategy
- Guide plant HR Managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies
- Implement strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Talent Management
- Oversee corporate recruitment processes and support plant-level hiring needs
- Manage immigration and out of area recruitment initiatives
- Administer employment offers and pre-employment screening
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure consistent onboarding
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure organizational adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
- Develop and maintain the corporate Affirmative Action Plan, including required training and outreach activities
- Conduct compliance audits of HR processes and recommend necessary adjustments
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- HR Operations Management
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential HR record systems for all employment-related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data across all locations
- Oversee benefit enrollment processes and coordinate with Benefits Manager on program administration
- Manage performance management systems and ensure timely completion of reviews
- Professional Development
- Direct learning and development initiatives for all employees across the organization
- Monitor training compliance and completion rates across locations
- Provide coaching and professional development to plant HR Managers
- Create capability-building opportunities for the HR team and broader organization
- Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs for executive leadership review
- Identify trends and implement corrective actions to address unfavorable metrics
- Payroll & Benefits
- Provide back up support to the Corporate Payroll & Benefits Manager
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred with emphasis in human resources, business management, or related field.
- Three to five years human resources management experience.
