  • Develop and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs for executive leadership.

Full Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time:
  1. Leadership & Strategy
    1. Guide plant HR Managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies
    2. Implement strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations
    3. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
  2. Talent Management
    1. Oversee corporate recruitment processes and support plant-level hiring needs
    2. Manage immigration and out of area recruitment initiatives
    3. Administer employment offers and pre-employment screening
    4. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure consistent onboarding
  3. Compliance & Governance
    1. Ensure organizational adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
    2. Develop and maintain the corporate Affirmative Action Plan, including required training and outreach activities
    3. Conduct compliance audits of HR processes and recommend necessary adjustments
    4. Investigate and resolve employee complaints in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  4. HR Operations Management
    1. Maintain comprehensive and confidential HR record systems for all employment-related documentation
    2. Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data across all locations
    3. Oversee benefit enrollment processes and coordinate with Benefits Manager on program administration
    4. Manage performance management systems and ensure timely completion of reviews
  5. Professional Development
    1. Direct learning and development initiatives for all employees across the organization
    2. Monitor training compliance and completion rates across locations
    3. Provide coaching and professional development to plant HR Managers
    4. Create capability-building opportunities for the HR team and broader organization
  6. Analytics & Reporting
    1. Develop and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs for executive leadership review
    2. Identify trends and implement corrective actions to address unfavorable metrics
  7. Payroll & Benefits
    1. Provide back up support to the Corporate Payroll & Benefits Manager
  8. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred with emphasis in human resources, business management, or related field.
  • Three to five years human resources management experience.
