Job Description

The Corporate HRBP - North America partners with U.S. Corporate Functions as a senior HR Business Partner, driving people strategies that enable performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational sustainability. This role requires strong talent management expertise and the ability to operate effectively across corporate balancing strategic influence with pragmatic execution. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Corporate & Regional HR (Americas). The position has one direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to U.S. corporate leaders.
  • Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Enable and support organizational change, culture reinforcement, and leadership role-modeling.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while collaborating closely with the Americas HR leadership team and Global HR CoEs.
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives that drive business performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.
  • Oversee talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams and strengthening leadership capability.
  • Provide direction and oversight for recruitment and workforce planning in alignment with business priorities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with global strategy.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to meet business needs and legal requirements.
  • Promote ethical business conduct and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through effective communication, coaching, and recognition.
  • Address employee grievances and wellness concerns, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field required.
  • Fifteen (15) plus years of increasingly responsible HR experience including five (5) years in a managerial/supervisory capacity and senior HRBP roles supporting corporate leaders.
  • Strong background in talent management and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, navigate complexity, and translate strategy into practical people solutions.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) current certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in fostering team culture, removing obstacles, and empowering and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured ambiguous work environment, paying close attention to detail and meeting business-driven deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to roll-up sleeves and be "hands-on", and "self-directed" without day-to-day direction.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to integrate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact people business strategies.
