Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Corporate Fleet Maintenance Manager to support our Fleet organization. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing the development, implementation and evaluation of administrative, service and repair procedures; overseeing efficient and thorough completion of maintenance on company vehicles; providing customer service to drivers, while insuring safety and equipment performance standards are achieved; corporate strategic maintenance plan including: setting standards, processes & procedures for equipment specifications, fleet purchasing, replacement and maintenance, vendor selection and management, warranty administration, managing and the implementation of fleet initiatives, development and implementation of technology improvements, shop facilities and equipment; development of Corporate parts programs and parts inventories while maximizing utilization, minimizing costs and improving profitability.

Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years' maintenance management-medium duty equipment experience
