Job SummaryCORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF - VIRGINIA
Salary: $110,000-$120,000 + bonus potential
Travel: Approximately 85%
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Corporate Executive Chef to support multiple hospital foodservice operations. This regional leadership role will focus on developing culinary teams, improving food quality, and maintaining consistent standards across all locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support culinary operations across multiple accounts
- Improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Train and develop Executive Chefs and culinary teams
- Implement new menus, products, and programs
- Ensure compliance with purchasing, sanitation, production, and food-cost standards
- Partner with regional and account leadership
- Support budgets and financial performance
- Conduct site visits and complete required reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five years of culinary leadership experience
- Two years of multi-unit management experience
- Healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred
- P&L and budget-management experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- CEC certification preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong communication and team-development skills
- Ability to travel approximately 85%
