Full Job Description
Responsibilities: This person is responsible for the integrity of the Company's financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Provide leadership and decision support related to acquisitions, location consolidations, new construction projects, joint ventures, and other strategic investments. Ensure timely and accurate financial information is available to management, executive leadership, lenders, and the Board of Directors. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning process.
  • Develop rolling forecasts and financial outlooks.
  • Monitor corporate and divisional performance against budget and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain key financial metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Division Directors to analyze divisional P&Ls, identify profitability improvement opportunities, evaluate margin trends, assess cost structure, and develop action plans to improve financial performance.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company accounting policies.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant
  • A minimum of 10 years progressive management and accounting experience required
