Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience (10+ years preferred).
• Experience managing accounting in a multi-entity or holding company environment.
• Proven track record in enterprise close and financial statement preparation.
• M&A integration experience, especially with ASC 805 purchase accounting.
• Expertise in NetSuite, particularly in multi-entity settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated month-end and year-end close for all operating companies, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare, analyze, and present consolidated financial statements to key stakeholders including the CFO.
• Set and enforce accounting policies and internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead the accounting integration process for acquired companies, focusing on purchase accounting.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable across the portfolio and manage the accounting shared-services relationship.
• Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process and help develop the corporate accounting team.
