Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration, including receipt, routing, approval, execution, and secure storage of contracts.
Maintain and improve the company's contract management system, ensuring accurate tracking of key dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Manage contractor licensing and corporate compliance across multiple states and legal entities, including new applications, renewals, amendments, and monitoring regulatory changes.
Coordinate and maintain Secretary of State registrations, annual reports, and business registrations for new jurisdictions.
Administer insurance and risk documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, surety bonds, and coordination with brokers and project teams.
Support vendor and client compliance by maintaining prequalification platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Highwire) and coordinating documentation for onboarding and qualification requests.
Develop and maintain compliance calendars, standardized procedures, and reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through technology and automation.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk Management, Accounting, Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources to support compliance and business expansion initiatives.
Assist with special projects related to corporate compliance and governance as needed.
