Overview

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and document accounts payable processes and procedures; suggest and implement process improvements. Ensures accurate and appropriate disbursements in accordance with PHSI Accounts Payable Policy & Procedures Manual. Assist in design and develop Accounts Payable and Procurement function in the enterprise ERP system. Reviews and verifies accuracy and policy compliance of invoices and other requests for payment.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years in accounts payable supervisory function, with 2+ years in integrated enterprise shared service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field strongly desired.
  • Experience with large ERP system required.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procure to pay and accounts payable functions and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill who can work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Lawson or Onbase experience preferred

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
