We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. In this role, you will play a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated GAAP financial statements across a complex, multi-entity structure.

What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Close- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate and underlying entities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, dashboards, and analytics
- Review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
Audit & Compliance- Support the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requests
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Maintain audit readiness and support control environments
Analysis & Forecasting- Analyze financial results and provide budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting
- Prepare quarterly cash flow reporting and tax-related calculations
Process Improvement & Controls- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Support the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures
- Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes
Collaboration & Special Projects- Partner with Finance, Asset Management, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support consolidation across multiple entities and ownership structures
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives
What You BringRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with financial statement preparation, consolidations, and audit support
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Preferred:- Experience in real estate, investment management, or private equity environments
- Exposure to partnership accounting or tax preparation
- CPA designation (or in progress)
Skills:- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex models, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with accounting systems (Yardi or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Annual Base Salary Range: $86,558 -$108,197. This position is eligible to participate in the company's annual discretionary bonus program.
