What You'll Do- Design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and approved LLM technologies.
- Create secure integrations between Azure applications, Symitar core systems, and enterprise platforms through APIs and modern integration technologies.
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve efficiency, user experiences, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical teams to transform business needs into impactful solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and process improvement.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, compliant, and optimized for performance in a regulated financial services environment.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on the latest Azure, AI, Copilot, and cloud development technologies.

What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of application development experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with:

Preferred Qualifications- Experience developing AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation solutions.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Symitar/Episys or other core banking platforms.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot CLI, MCP, and Power Platform.
- ITIL certification.
