Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design secure knowledge-grounding strategies leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
- Define agent workflows, prompts, topics, actions, and governance standards.
- Lead integrations with Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure services.
- Establish security, compliance, responsible AI, and access-control frameworks.
- Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
- Create reusable architecture patterns and operational best practices.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Grounded AI, and Responsible AI.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and enterprise governance experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $145,000 - $165,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
