Full Job Description
These roles focus on ensuring safety, security, and adherence to laws and regulations across various functions. Encompasses roles that involve protecting individuals, property, enforcing laws, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It includes positions in law enforcement, security, counsel, and regulatory compliance.

These roles are responsible for ensuring that the university adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Compliance officers monitor university operations, develop compliance programs, and provide training to reduce legal and regulatory risks.

Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).

Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general to limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. May influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. May have project management responsibilities on small, less-complex projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: At least two years of relevant experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $70,595.20 - $104,914.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
