Full Job Description
COO / INTEGRATOR

THE PERSON

Are you the type of leader who naturally creates accountability and follow-through across an organization? When challenges arise, do people look to you to bring clarity, direction, and solutions? Do you enjoy helping managers grow while ensuring the business continues moving toward its goals? If you're energized by creating accountability, developing leaders, and helping a growing business reach its next level, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal COO / Integrator is:
  • Growth-Oriented. You are energized by growth and understand that scaling a business requires intentional leadership, strong execution, and continuous improvement. You naturally look for opportunities to strengthen people, processes, and performance to help the organization achieve its long-term vision.
  • Highly Accountable. You hold yourself and others to a high standard. You address issues directly, follow through on commitments, and create a culture where expectations are clear, performance is measured, and people take ownership of results.
  • Direct Communicator. You believe clear communication and accountability are essential to a high-performing organization. You address challenges directly, fairly, and respectfully rather than letting issues linger. People trust you because you're honest, consistent, and focused on solutions.
  • Operationally Driven. You believe great businesses are built on strong systems, clear processes, and disciplined execution. At the same time, you know when flexibility is needed and can strike the right balance between structure and agility.
  • Strategic Yet Detail-Oriented. You naturally connect the dots between day-to-day operations and long-term objectives. You pay attention to the details, leverage data to make informed decisions, and understand how small improvements can create significant organizational impact.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in Air Solutions' next chapter of growth. As the operational leader of the organization, you'll help create clarity, consistency, and follow-through while elevating the performance of leaders and teams across the business. You'll serve as a trusted partner to the Visionary, turning ideas into action and ensuring the company remains focused on what matters most. If you're energized by building strong teams, driving results, and making a meaningful impact in a growing family-owned company, we'd love to hear from you.
