Full Job Description
Chief Operating Officer for one of the fastest growing companies and Inc 5000 listed, reporting to the Miami Fort Lauderdale based CEO and leading the rest of the company, remote based job opening for anyone residing in a USA / Northern America time zone.

You could be a COO or SVP Operations at present in an eLearning, online training, coaching and/or consumer goods (CPG) business in the health, wellness, fitness, sporting categories where you had a direct to customer online business models (not brick and mortar, not 2nd/3rd party heavy - this is 1st party sales and service company with brilliant Direct Response Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams).

You've previously taken a company from eg $40MM to $80MM+ or more and know about all things required to achieve that including:

  • Strategic and tactical yet hands adapting to player coach, supporter, director where needed for a 20-80 person company
  • Operations, sales, customer service, project / program management for an online direct to customer business
  • Strong with budgets, P&Ls, data, analytics, business performance, forecasting, fund raising, M&A
  • People, HR, Culture, Internal Employees, 1099, Suppliers Vendors
  • Processes, procedures, technology, quality, compliance, governance, for sustainable, profitable growth
  • A high knowledge of direct response, digital marketplaces, digital media, marketing, eCommerce, operations is required
  • Well educated and intelligent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all mediums and formats
  • Interested in sports performance and health, wellness, fitness
