  • Manage and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress reporting
  • Collaborate with operations to align financial metrics with project execution
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory standards
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team
  • Implement process improvements and financial system optimizations

Controller
Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area | Full-Time | Insurance Property Restoration


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and job costing
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies
  • Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
  • Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution
  • Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team
  • Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems


What We're Looking For:
