What You'll Do:- Lead the accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Manage and mentor an established accounting team
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
- Partner with ownership and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making
- Enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business insights
- Serve as a key leader in the continued evolution of the finance organization
