The successful candidate(s) will oversee the day-to-dayfinancial accounting of the dealership and will report to the Corporate Controller. The Controller oversees all aspects of financialmanagement, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is an in-person, on-site position at our dealership. What you will do: • Perform the day-to-dayfinancial accounting. • Prepare financialstatements and operating budgets. • Complete month-end andyear-end closing processes. • Balance and reconcileall schedules. • Calculate and preparemonth-end and year-end reconciliation statements. • Assist with thepreparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. • Onboard new hires • Provide Human Resourcesassistance to the staff. • Prepare and submitgovernment sales tax returns. • Recruit, train, mentorand supervise administrative team members. For this role, come equipped with: • A strong workingknowledge of detailed financial data analysis. • Working knowledge offederal, provincial, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting. • Strong organizationaland time management skills. • The ability to managemultiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficientcommunication, interpersonal and organizational skills are vital to the role. • Management orsupervisory experience is an asset. • Bachelor's degree infinance or accounting preferred.
