Responsibilities

  • Direct the facilitation of accounts payable and generate internal monthly financial statements.
  • Develop a financial chart of accounts and oversee its implementation.
  • Analyze and present financial performance reports to the Board.
  • Facilitate financial analysis requests from physicians.
  • Manage billing, receivables, and collections processes effectively.
  • Oversee retirement plan administration and annual budget development.

Full Job Description
Supervision Received: Minimal supervision required. Reports to Administrator/CEO.

Typical Physical Demands: Requires sitting for long periods of time. Able to work under stress. Telephone etiquette required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.

Typical Working Conditions: Working in an office environment. Occasional evening work.

  • Administrative support to physicians as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
