About the job:

BCT LLC is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the Company's federal government contract's function. This position is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), proposal support, contract vehicles, and Joint Venture (JV) administration.

The Contracts Manager will work directly with executive leadership and business development to support strategic growth while ensuring contractual compliance and minimizing business risk. This position requires a seasoned contracts professional who can independently manage the Company's contracts function with minimal supervision and serve as a trusted advisor on contractual matters, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of federal government contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and contractual documentation.
  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other business agreements.
  • Review solicitations, contracts, and modifications to identify contractual obligations, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Support federal proposal efforts by coordinating data calls, preparing contractual representations and certifications, and negotiating NDAs and Teaming Agreements with prime contractors and teammates.
  • Administer company contract vehicles, including GSA Schedule and OASIS+ and other multiple-award contracts.
  • Support Joint Venture contract administration, proposal activities, and corporate documentation.
  • Maintain contract records, funding modifications, periods of performance, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, customer requirements, and company policies.
  • Serve as the Company's primary contracts advisor to executive leadership, program managers, and business development personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and reduce contractual risk.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contracts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience managing federal government contracts.
  • Experience supporting a small or mid-sized federal government contractor with responsibility for the full contract lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and working knowledge of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Experience administering government contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements in support of federal proposal efforts.
  • Experience supporting federal proposal submissions and responding to customer and teammate data calls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GSA Schedule, OASIS+ or other multiple-award contract vehicles.
  • Experience supporting Joint Ventures.
  • NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) preferred.
  • Active security clearance is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000-135,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
