Contracts Administrator, Senior Manager
The Opportunity:

Serve as the Senior Contracts Manager within Booz Allen Hamilton's Defense business supporting the Air Force and other DoW components as required. Act as the senior leader of a high energy, dynamic contracts team, reporting directly to the Director of Global Defense. Direct and coordinate the contract functions with a focus on acquisition client relationship management, terms and conditions, proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation across a myriad of program types, including systems development, product sales, technical and professional services, and fixed price engagements. Provide expert advice and counsel to internal executives on contractual matters, including advising on contract strategy, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest mitigation, and risk management. Interface directly with senior leadership, program managers, and contracting officers to address any issues that may arise during capture, proposal development, contract negotiation, execution, or completion. Develop a strategic vision for the Booz Allen Air Force contracting team, growing the team's capabilities and offerings to meet business objectives, balancing comprehension of firm objectives with current and emerging client requirements and external trends. Lead a team of 12-15 contract professionals.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with contract management, including overseeing large, complex proposals, negotiations, and administration for DoD contracts
  • 8+ years of experience with managing staff
  • Experience negotiating commercial and government contractual documents in accordance with the FAR and U.S. government procurement regulations
  • Experience serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, aligning people, processes, and systems to ensure quality support to clients
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
