Negotiation & Deal Support
  • Lead or support negotiations on commercial terms directly with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Partner closely with sales representatives to understand deal context, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Balance legal risk mitigation with business objectives, escalating non-standard positions appropriately.

Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract repository; track key milestones, renewal dates, and obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, flagging issues or risks as they arise.
  • Triage contract requests from internal customers

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving
  • Proactively identify and resolve contract disputes, discrepancies, and ambiguities - both pre- and post-execution.
  • Serve as a resource for interpreting contract terms and advising on obligations, rights, and risks.
  • Facilitate resolution of customer escalations involving contractual disputes or fulfillment disagreements.
  • Identify recurring contractual issues and recommend systemic process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside the Associate General Counsel and other legal team members on ad hoc commercial contracting initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across the business, delivering clear, pragmatic guidance that enables progress while managing risk.
  • Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and other teams to ensure contractual commitments are realistic, aligned with capabilities, and accurately documented.
