Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a startup environment.
• Proven success in high-volume hiring, preferably in clinical or member support roles.
• Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent data skills, comfortable using metrics for decision-making and tracking progress.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience in healthtech or healthcare services recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume pharmacy and member support roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters, People team, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless onboarding.
• Maintain an organized and efficient recruiting process with a focus on metrics to monitor progress toward goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set interview strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
