Your Role You will have oversight of the facility and ensure the full and efficient operation of the site. Your key responsibilities will include the overall planning, staffing, balancing workloads to achieve production and delivery goals, budgeting, P&Ls, tracking metrics and analyzing data to optimize operations, and keeping a strong, secure relationship with our customer. We will count on your years of experience in distribution management, succession planning, and building bench strength.
