As National Sourcing Manager, you'll lead procurement initiatives focused on indirect and capital spend categories-including Temporary Staffing Agencies, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and Packaging/Supplies-delivering cost efficiency, service excellence, and operational improvement across multiple sites. You'll own the full sourcing lifecycle: identifying savings opportunities, executing competitive bids, negotiating contracts, and guiding seamless implementation. This role requires close alignment with internal stakeholders and strict adherence to global procurement policies, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
