Qualifications Skills /Experience Desired: 3 J.D. Degree from accredited law school, good academic credentials. Membership in CA Bar 3 Experience in house / corporate environment (licensing, IP, commercial contracts) 3 Contract review/drafting, technology licensing experience. 3 Research novel legal issues. 3 Self-starter, resourceful, diligent work ethics and detailed oriented. 3 Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal). 3 Solution-oriented. 3 Prior public speaking / presentation experience. 3 A strong drive and desire to solve problems, with a balanced focus on both legal and business concerns, and great decision-making skills. 3 Enthusiasm for positive and respectful relationships internally and externally. 3 A pro-active, can-do attitude, good communication skills. 3 Capacity to work independently, as well as part of a team.
