Overview

Position Summary

The Contract Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the North America Commercial Operations team and driving its continued growth and success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to contract review, negotiation, analysis, and reporting in alignment with business strategy and corporate goals. The role will report to the Director of Commercial Contracting and will collaborate closely with other key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the Commercial Operations organization with respect to contract administration including drafting, red lining, and negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contracting for compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate on developing, editing, organizing, deployment and tracking of contracts and related communications and informational session materials.
  • Exhibit and uphold the Werfen values of honesty, humility, and respect.
  • Engage in daily communication with Werfen customers and Commercial Operations team members.
  • Assist with the auditing of the compliance program as required.
  • Manage the organization and retention of all contracting documents and records.
  • Assist with managing the Department's matter intake and contract system management.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Operations Team.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of related relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations is preferred but not required.

Travel requirements:

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (no more than 10% of the time).

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $100,000.00 range to $130,000.00. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.

This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
