About this role:
The Continuous Improvement Manager / ISO owns the site's management system and continuous-improvement governance, ensuring certification readiness and driving systematic improvement. This role manages the ISO program end-to-end documentation, internal audits, corrective actions and management reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the site management system (ISO 9001, and ISO 14001/45001 as applicable) and certification readiness.
- Manages the internal audit program, external audits and certification bodies.
- Governs documentation control, procedures, records and process maps.
- Leads corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and closure effectiveness.
- Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
- Drives continuous-improvement governance, KPIs and the improvement pipeline.
- Trains and coaches teams on the management system and improvement methods.
- Ensures readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of quality, management-system or continuous-improvement experience, including leading others.
- 2+ years of experience owning an ISO 9001 management system, including certification and audits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business or a related field.
- Strong command of internal audit programs, CAPA and document control.
- Experience facilitating management reviews and driving improvement governance.
- Ability to train, coach and influence teams across the organization.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills (8D, A3, root-cause analysis).
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001/45001 a plus).
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience preparing a site for initial certification.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other Compensation
Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
