We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role is responsible for building a culture of problem-solving, leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustainable performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of Lean methodologies, and a passion for developing people.
This position also requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as solid working knowledge of PFS, FIS, Palantir, and the SIS domains used across our operational systems. These tools are essential for data analysis, performance tracking, workflow visibility, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of the site's Continuous Improvement roadmap.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving activities (A3, DMAIC, 5 Why, etc.).
- Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste.
- Coach leaders and frontline teams on Lean principles, standard work, and visual management.
- Track and report CI metrics, ensuring alignment with plant KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Support cultural transformation through engagement, communication, and capability building.
- Drive best-practice sharing across plants and lead benchmarking activities.
- Ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results and are sustained over time.

Basic Qualifications:- Require a Bachelor Science Degree preferably in Operations, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PFS, FIS, Palantir, and SIS domains.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
