Job Description:

The CI Engineer coordinates with team leads resource requirements based on production demands, quality, material, and cost. The Process Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement by establishing work standards and providing coaching and feedback.

They have thorough technical understanding and mastery of Manufacturing Reliability Fundamentals and the Factory Mars Operating System (MRF/FMOS) and process control for their lines.

What Are We Looking For?

Minimum:
  • 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role/industry.
  • Advanced problem solving and project management skills.
  • Expert key user of SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).


Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree


What Will Your Key Responsibilities Be?
  • Collaborates with R&D, Factory Innovation, and quality in the validation of new recipes/processes.
  • Serve as key operations stakeholder for all Roaster Portfolio projects (new equipment installation, infrastructure capital projects, Master Plan initiatives, etc.)
  • Lead operations input for engineering related projects within the site, lead CVS, Handover process for operations, and participate in PRP reviews.
  • Anticipates change and develops plans to effectively implement changes
  • Provides on the floor coaching of team leads and team members across all shifts
  • Provides Skill Development/Technical Mastery/Coaching and Training
  • Ensures proper execution of On-the-Job Training and operating procedures
  • Understand and execute regulatory compliance responsibilities including quality and cleaning checks
  • Adhering to all Quality and Safety policies and guidelines.
  • Define and oversee implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize risks associated with project work
