We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Content & Sales Enablement Manager to lead the development of compelling content strategies and enablement programs that empower our commercial teams, strengthen client engagement, and accelerate business growth.

This highly visible role sits within our Marketing Strategy organization and serves as a key partner to Leadership, Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing teams. You will shape how our value proposition comes to life through thought leadership, sales enablement content, client storytelling, and strategic messaging that supports global go-to-market initiatives.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Own the end-to-end sales enablement content lifecycle, from strategy development and content planning through creation, maintenance, and optimization of playbooks, presentations, battlecards, case studies, and customer-facing assets.

  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to create compelling content that supports sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

  • Translate business priorities, customer insights, and go-to-market strategies into scalable enablement assets and messaging frameworks.

  • Manage content governance, lifecycle processes, and quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across enablement resources.

  • Analyze content utilization and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved business impact.

  • Identify content gaps and develop solutions that enhance seller readiness, client engagement, and commercial effectiveness.

  • Support strategic pursuits and key accounts by developing tailored messaging, value propositions, and sales support materials.

  • Leverage consumer research, market insights, and competitive intelligence to strengthen account strategies and sales conversations.

  • Repurpose and scale high-performing content across campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, business development efforts, and strategic account programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive content adoption, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy, sales enablement, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute content and sales enablement strategies that support business objectives and revenue growth, leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data.

  •  Experience building content management, messaging, or sales enablement programs.

  • Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing approaches that leverage the modern marketing mix to reach, engage, and move buyers through the journey.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, presentation development, project management, and stakeholder influence skills, with a solid understanding of sales processes, buyer journeys, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, SharePoint, or similar tools.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing content and business outcomes.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional organizations.

  • Ability to collaborate with executive leaders, sales teams, and strategic account partners.

  • Industry experience in technology, telecommunications, connected living, insurance, retail, or related sectors.

  • Experience within telecommunications, consumer electronics, connected living, technology, insurance, retail, or related industries is plus.

Pay Range:

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
