Marketing Content Specialist II

Woodward's Industrial Product Division in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging marketing materials, writing copy for marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, maintaining communication channels, and supporting marketing events and initiatives. This role is perfect for a creative and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration.

Estimated annual base pay: $69,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Creates and edits marketing materials for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Communication Management: Maintains and updates internal and external communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Database Management: Maintains and updates marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and organization of contact information and campaign data.
  • Event Support: Provides logistical assistance for marketing events and initiatives, coordinating with vendors and team members to ensure successful execution.

  • Content Strategy: Help plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, company goals, and search intent.

  • Visual Integration: Collaborate with designers to suggest or create basic graphics, diagrams, and screenshots that simplify technical explanations.
