What You'll Do- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce waste across Fleet Farm's distribution network.
- Analyze and optimize the flow of inventory within distribution centers, including downstream impacts on store receiving and replenishment operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate root causes, and implement solutions that improve workflows and overall performance.
- Gather and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with distribution center leadership, frontline operators, Store Operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement best practices.
- Serve as the primary business owner of the warehouse Labor Management System (LMS), maintaining key elements including warehouse coordinate maps, engineered standards, and related system components.

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience, including prior responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong general business and supply chain knowledge with in-depth familiarity with warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and develop practical solutions that improve operational performance.
- Functional knowledge and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred; experience with Manhattan WMS is a plus.
- Experience with warehouse automation technology is a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, and/or data analytics tools preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use facts and data to support recommendations.
