Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all consumer card products, including development, launch, and ongoing management.
  • Define and implement product strategies to drive growth, engagement, and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Own the P&L for all consumer card products, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the value proposition of Bask Bank
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that product & partnership offerings meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Implement feedback loops and customer insights to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
