Full Job Description
As a Senior Wealth Services Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert on investment and banking procedures, acting as a critical resource for our clients and internal teams. This role is central to a dedicated team focused on delivering swift and effective issue resolution and includes high-touch interactions with Advisors and clients. You will be the first level of advanced support for both licensed and non-licensed associates, internal partners, and clients, managing escalated inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as a primary point of contact for complex procedural and product-related escalations from internal partners and clients.
  • Provide point-of-call resolution for intricate inquiries, leveraging in-depth knowledge of an expansive array of products and services (e.g., Investments, Banking).
  • Resolve high-priority escalations from clients, wealth management teams, and senior leadership with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Diligently document, track, and monitor all escalated items to guarantee timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with product owners and other strategic partners to research and resolve client requests, ensuring exceptional internal and external customer service.


Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Uphold the firm's reputation by rigorously assessing risk in all business decisions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Adherent to all company policies, applying sound ethical judgment in personal and business practices, and transparently escalating and managing control issues.


Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex financial products, including managed programs, alternative investments, and security-based lending.
  • Proven ability to manage and expedite multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
  • Possesses effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Advanced client service proficiency, with strong verbal, written, and active listening skills.
  • A customer-focused, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.


US FINRA Registration Requirements:
  • Required Current Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63(or 66)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of the internal operating model and overall value proposition.
  • A track record as a consistent top-tier performer in previous roles.
  • Demonstrates effective networking and relationship-building skills across various business lines
