ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Drives cross-functional implementation teams including internal team members, contractors and vendors to ensure successful execution of medium- to large-scale physical distribution initiatives
  • Drives execution by effectively managing priorities, pace, scope, quality, cost and risk
  • Serve as a delegate for the Physical Distribution Senior Channel Manager for decision making on details of physical distribution initiatives
  • Primary contact for assigned market leadership teams regarding physical distribution. Communicates approved strategy/tactics and keeps them updated on progress of physical distribution initiatives affecting their market
  • Collaborates and partners closely with ATM Channel Team, Real Estate Solutions, Security, Technology, Marketing, Branch Operations and vendor partners on initiatives affecting physical distribution
  • Reviews and approves scope/changes within the approved program parameters and monetary approval levels. Resolves any issues or roadblocks to implementation and maintains communication about decisions with affected partners
  • Reviews progress, decisions and unusual situations with senior management
  • Maintains database with updated information relative to physical distribution plans and decisions
  • Implements new or updated processes, policies and procedures to drive for improved cost, quality, client experience or reduced risk
  • Addresses and remediates technical and client experience issues within the physical distribution channel
  • Handles a multitude of internal and external inquiries/requests. Relies on experience and knowledge to provide answers otherwise not available
  • Represents Physical Distribution on functional teams involving a physical branch/ATM environment component as needed
  • Keeps up to date on industry best practices for physical distribution strategy, tactics and technology

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/related field or equivalent work experience
  • Progressive project or implementation experience leading medium- to large-scale projects with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations in a client support role
  • Comfort level with working collaboratively across the organization with a sense of urgency to achieve stated goals, sometimes within a virtual work environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and influence across multiple levels and departments within an organization
  • Change management skills with a demonstrated record for continually improving process and team performance
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify issues or opportunities in advance and address them prior to business impact
  • Proven ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing business-critical issues
  • Ability to work successfully with vendors and address complex issues with professionalism and business savvy
  • Exceptional process management skills with a demonstrated record for continually improving process performance
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • Retail distribution or ATM experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of site layouts and construction/product specification drawings preferred
  • Basic understanding of branch/ATM operations preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
