As part of the ServiceNow Solutions Executive team, you will be responsible for selling ServiceNow consulting, implementation, managed services, and platform modernization solutions. The ServiceNow Solutions Executive is expected to enhance CDW's presence, market share, and revenue growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Specifically, you will support the sales team with full sales lifecycle management through strategic account planning, research, opportunity management, relationship-building, partnering with services teams and ServiceNow stakeholders, pursuit, and closure.
Your experience will enable you to quickly embrace and enhance CDW's integrated sales approach, demonstrating the ability to open and manage opportunities across multiple ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Security Operations (SecOps), and GenAI-enabled transformations.
What You'll Do
- Enhance and improve sales strategies that expand CDW's ServiceNow customer base and achieve bookings, revenue, and gross profit targets.
- Establish a detailed, comprehensive understanding of CDW's ServiceNow capabilities, service offerings, value proposition, market positioning, selling strategy, delivery approach, and key differentiators.
- Cultivate productive relationships with key personnel in current and target accounts, including business and technology stakeholders responsible for digital transformation and enterprise service management initiatives.
- Identify, engage, qualify, develop, and win new ServiceNow consulting and services opportunities.
- Manage, support, and grow relationships as part of the extended sales team with prospects and clients through a consultative, outcome-focused selling approach.
- Proactively coordinate with CDW resources to drive sales cycles, meet company objectives, and exceed client expectations. Key internal resources include ServiceNow Solution Architects, Practice Leadership, Delivery Teams, Sales Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Build strong relationships with ServiceNow account teams and the broader partner ecosystem to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities.
- Understand industry trends and market dynamics related to enterprise workflow automation, IT modernization, employee and customer experience, AI, and digital transformation that impact clients' strategic decision-making and technology investments.
- Provide accurate sales pipeline updates, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Provide onboarding support and mentorship to entry-level ServiceNow Solutions Executives and sales team members.
- Enhance CDW's and your personal brand through participation at industry events, ServiceNow conferences, customer presentations, speaking engagements, and other approved public-facing activities.
What We Expect of You
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience OR 11+ years of experience.
- Experience identifying opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle for ServiceNow solutions, professional services, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or equivalent experience as a ServiceNow practitioner or consultant
- Experience selling enterprise software, cloud platforms, consulting services, or digital transformation solutions with both strategic planning and day-to-day execution responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise workflow solutions, including one or more areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, SPM, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Proven performance record with demonstrated year-over-year metrics and a successful history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to take personal ownership of professional goals and achieve financial targets.
- Energetic networker and relationship builder with executive-level customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work with and effectively coordinate across extended internal teams, delivery organizations, and strategic partners.
- Excellent professional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, ServiceNow events, and partner relationship development.
- ServiceNow sales, consulting, implementation, or platform experience.
- Experience working with ServiceNow field sales, partner organizations, or alliance teams.
- Understanding of enterprise service management, workflow automation, IT operations, cloud transformation, and AI-driven business process initiatives.
- Experience selling professional services, managed services, and recurring revenue solutions.
Pay range: $ 100,000 - $ 137,000, depending on experience and skill set
Uncapped commission subject to terms and conditions of plan
