The Work:

  • Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; designing the approach, managing the work, and delivering outputs that are ready for the client without a second pass.

  • Own quality across everything the team produces. Coherence, rigor, and client-readiness are the standard.

  • Support business development; contributing to proposals, shaping the point of view on new opportunities, and helping grow existing client relationships.

  • Lead the client relationship day-to-day;  managing communication, setting expectations, and building trust over time.

  • Keep internal delivery on track; coordinating across workstreams and making sure the right people are focused on the right things.

  • Develop junior team members; give honest feedback, create real ownership opportunities, and invest in their growth.

  • Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
