As part of the consulting function, this role drives execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic programs. This role will support the portfolio manager in effectively managing the portfolio of programs, creating efficiency in execution and building a best in class change consulting function.

Purpose of Role

The Program Manager is responsible for project managing and driving the execution and delivery of change across the Consulting portfolios. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, business transformation delivering business outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Deliver a portfolio of key change initiatives, with front-to-back ownership of the full project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with programme sponsors and partners across business lines and infrastructure, ensuring sustainable and cohesive programme delivery.
  • Oversight Framework: Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified, escalated, and resolved.
  • Business Knowledge: Build technical and operational business knowledge to support business understanding and the impact of change management processes on BAU (Business as Usual).
  • Communication Strategy: Define a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize key project management tools and techniques, maintaining document artefacts to a high standard to meet project demands.
  • Meeting Leadership: Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups.
  • Team Development: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the team as a change center of excellence.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
