The Work:

  • Translate strategies and roadmaps into action;  building the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models that make transformation real for technology companies.

  • Drive execution directly alongside client teams; removing barriers, managing stakeholders, and making sure initiatives land with lasting impact rather than sitting in a deck.

  • Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; helping clients understand and capture the ROI of the work in real time.

  • Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend, infrastructure utilization, and process overhead.

  • Build the project infrastructure that keeps complex engagements running; workplans, governance structures, decision logs, and risk tracking.

  • Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders.

  • Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; designing the approach, managing the work, and delivering outputs that are ready for the client without a second pass.

  • Own quality across everything the team produces. Coherence, rigor, and client-readiness are the standard.

  • Support business development; contributing to proposals, shaping the point of view on new opportunities, and helping grow existing client relationships.

  • Lead the client relationship day-to-day;  managing communication, setting expectations, and building trust over time.

  • Keep internal delivery on track; coordinating across workstreams and making sure the right people are focused on the right things.

  • Develop junior team members; give honest feedback, create real ownership opportunities, and invest in their growth.

  • Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).

Here's What You Need:

  • A bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

  • Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.

  • A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.

  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems.

  • Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

  • Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
