Consultant Pharmacist (PACE Program) Mt. Pleasant, MI Full-Time | Weekdays $130K-$150K Overview We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Consultant Pharmacist to join our team in supporting a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Mt. Pleasant, MI. This role is ideal for a pharmacist passionate about geriatric care and interdisciplinary, patient-centered practice. As a key member of the care team, you will help optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes for older adults with complex medical needs.
