What You'll
Do

Consultants play an integral role within our project teams.Consultants are responsible for structuring and executing analyses that support project objectives and are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously. As a Consultant at Ducker Carlisle, your work will be rigorous, and its impact will be evident. You will have exposure to client facing opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build data models and conduct quantitative analyses to evaluate inventory, procurement, cost, service, and operational performance
  • Clean, structure, validate, and reconcile large datasets from multiple client sources
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and improvement recommendations for clients
  • Develop repeatable analytical tools and models to support scenario analysis and client decision-making
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and other analytical outputs
  • Translate complex analysis into clear insights, implications, and recommended actions
  • Present findings to clients and to senior consulting staff
  • Manage assigned analytical workstreams, including analysis planning, progress tracking, quality control, and timely completion of deliverables
  • Collaborate with project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, economics, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline with a strong academic record
  • 2+ years of professional experience performing analytics within supply chain, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or a closely related operations environment
  • Demonstrated experience using data to solve inventory, procurement, or other supply chain business problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with large and imperfect datasets, data modeling, and data visualization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required; expertise in Python, R, SQL, or other statistical tools is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex analysis clearly and professionally
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce client-ready work
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements


Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 annually. Exact compensation isdeterminedbased upon qualifications,experience, and location.Consultants are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.
