Summary:

As a CPSI Financial Systems Analyst, your mission will be to increase the Operations teams' efficiency and optimize the way we work by supporting CPSI systems administration, maintenance and correction of system processes, reporting needs and analysis. The position will be a fast-paced environment across the diverse Operations team with opportunities to partner with other internal departments and external client designees.

Summary:

The Implementation Consultant will offer business expertise, strategic planning, oversight, industry knowledge, and application expertise in the use and implementation of CPSI/TruBridge software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consult with client and Operations Team to understand their business objectives, design and facilitate know solutions, plan projects, and guidance throughout the implementation
  • Leverage industry knowledge and application expertise in the implementation of CPSI/TruBridge software solution. T
  • Demonstrate product and industry knowledge in Hospital and Clinic Revenue Cycle operations
  • Ensure ongoing positive interactions and professional rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as a client-facing consultant, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation and post go live process
  • Provide configuration guidance, application training, and support to clients, ensuring they are fully enabled to utilize the new platform effectively
  • Partner closely with Project Manager to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Continuously monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Routinely provide feedback to cross functional stakeholders regarding client feedback, product feedback and other issues related to the implementation
  • Be accountable for and meet deadlines, including adhering to the project timeline, assigning internal/eternal tasks, and following up on assignments to drive completion
  • Drive innovation by communicating with team members regarding new ideas pertaining to the project

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of functional product areas
  • Proficient in the use of desktop support tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated capability with and knowledge of CPSI/TruBridge
  • Identifies, champions, and facilitates opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Basic working knowledge of financial statements and business concepts
  • Demonstrates capability to solve complex and cross-functional problems

Work Experience, Education and Certifications:
  • Four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and/or supporting CPSI/TruBridge application in a client facing role


Working Conditions:

Work from home and remote location with a stable internet connection, a quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions, and access to necessary office equipment. The ability to have daily communication with team members, management, and clients through email, phone calls, video meetings and other collaborative tools. Primarily requires sitting at a desk for extended period. Proper lighting and ergonomics shole be maintained to reduce eye strain.
