Position Summary As a CRE Consultant, you will work directly with clients to implement new systems, add-on modules, and provide ongoing support. You will ensure that all engagements stay within scope, on budget, and are executed with excellence. This role goes beyond client service-you'll be a process champion and a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do- Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight.
- Provide timely client support - resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours.
- Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations.
- Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future.
- Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion.
- Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support.
- Advanced certification in CRE and SCM.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.
- Accounting experience in the construction field.
Nice to Have- Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with publisher escalation processes.
