About the Job

The Krill Co., Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of field-related duties, including but not limited to:
  • Field engineering and layout.
  • Subcontractor coordination.
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials.
  • Manpower planning.
  • Field documentation and daily reporting.
  • Safety meetings and audits.
  • Toolbox talks.
  • Contract management.
  • RFI submission and logs.
  • Shop drawing review.
  • Cost-control management.
  • Pull-planning skills.


Requirements:

  • We are seeking a self-starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with project management staff, consultants, architects, and clients.


Key qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of field experience as a lead superintendent.
  • Education in construction management (bachelor's degree preferred), related degree, or trade background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, P6, and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software).
  • LEED AP accreditation.
  • Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills.
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting construction documents (specifications, shop drawings, and project plans).
