Construction Superintendent Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience. You must have the ability and experience to completely understand and construct new buildings from the ground up through building completion. Federal construction experience is helpful. Qualified candidates should fully understand all aspects of construction activities and be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk and inspect the jobsite as needed. Safety and being able to organize/ conduct safety meetings is a requirement. communication with all team members including Owner/owners rep, architects, engineers, inspectors. Hold weekly progress meetings, able to follow a master schedule /mirror the progress with a 3 week look ahead schedule. RJS includes 2 weeks paid vacation per year , 40 hours sick pay, health, and dental insurance plan, as a superintendent you will be reimbursed your mileage in your personal vehicle at current government rate or a RJS vehicle if available will be assigned to you.
