Construction Superintendent for high-rise concrete and waterproofing restoration projects ranging from
$1 million to $50 million-plus.
We are seeking a proactive, computer-savvy Superintendent who can independently lead field operations while assisting with limited Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager functions. Direct high-rise restoration experience is required; however, candidates with limited Superintendent experience will be considered and trained.

Responsibilities- Lead daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, inspections, deliveries, and schedules.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Read plans, specifications, scopes of work, and engineering documents.
- Maintain daily reports, progress photos, as-builts, and other project documentation.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, quantity verification, and project closeout.
- Identify and document field issues, additional work, and potential solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, clients, and building representatives.
- Use construction-management software to keep project information accurate and current.
Qualifications- Direct experience with occupied high-rise concrete, stucco, or waterproofing restoration.
- Ability to independently drive field operations-not simply monitor crews.
- Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and electronic project documents.
- Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project documentation and limited APM or PM responsibilities preferred.
- Procore, Bluebeam, and OSHA training are preferred.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager will be considered.
